What People Are Saying About Smalleys Air Conditioning & Heating
The record here is small and mostly older, a handful of reviews spread over many years, so read it as a mixed early signal. On the positive side, long-time customers describe honest service, quick callbacks, fast arrivals, and reasonable prices on routine maintenance over years of use. The complaints cluster on one theme: repair pricing. A few reviewers felt the charge for a quick fix was far out of line with the cost of the part involved, and one describes a frustrating phone experience. If you call, the pattern suggests you will likely get fast help, but ask for the full price before authorizing a repair.
