What People Are Saying About Crosby Air Conditioning & Heating
Feedback here is genuinely mixed, so it is worth reading both sides. On the positive side, many customers describe fast same-day service, quick callbacks, and fair prices, and some say they have relied on this family-run company for decades. Installation work also gets praise for clean results and prices that beat other quotes. On the critical side, several reviewers describe work being done or refrigerant added before costs were approved or a leak was checked, and they questioned the resulting charges. A few mention poor communication or an unprofessional manner, one notes no weekend availability, and a couple simply call the prices too high.
