What People Are Saying About A/C Tex
With close to two hundred reviews on file, most customers describe a fast, personal operation. Reviewers often mention speaking directly with the person who does the work, arrivals within the hour, and clear, transparent explanations with no pushiness. Fair pricing comes up repeatedly, including repairs that cost much less than another company's replacement quote. Courtesy touches, like keeping a promise to return for a small follow-up at no charge, also appear. The criticism we saw is narrow: one home-warranty customer describes a promised part and return visit that dragged on for weeks, and one other reviewer simply felt overcharged. Both are worth knowing, but they sit against a lot of praise for follow-through.
