What People Are Saying About Diamond Aire Mechanical
Customers describe this company as fast, honest, and fair on price. Several say it responded on a weekend when their regular company could not, and reviewers praise thorough explanations, transparent pricing, and no pressure to replace equipment that can be repaired. Many are long-time customers, some going back decades; one notes a recent change in ownership and a rougher first visit with the new crew, though still a positive one overall. Complaints are rare. One recent reviewer reports repeated lateness and billing errors on both visits, which is worth keeping in mind when you schedule.
