What People Are Saying About Chimney Rock Service
Customers describe a long-established company with unusually loyal clients; several reviewers say they have trusted it with their homes for decades and recommend it to friends and neighbors. The themes are trustworthiness, quick responses, courteous staff, fair rates, and no pressure to buy more than you need, including honest guidance about when an old system is worth repairing versus replacing. One recent unhappy reviewer pushes back on pricing, saying refrigerant charges were not explained in advance and the invoice arrived late. That complaint is the exception in the sample, but it is a fair reminder to confirm costs in writing first.
