What People Are Saying About Houk Air Conditioning
With well over a thousand reviews, this record runs deep, and most customers describe thorough inspections, knowledgeable technicians, and clear explanations of what your system needs. Many reviewers are long-time customers, and several praise the company's persistence in tracking down stubborn cooling problems that other companies missed. The criticism is worth knowing: a small share of reviewers, several of them owners of newly built homes where this company did the original installation, describe uneven cooling, high-pressure sales tactics, and frustration with follow-up service. If your system was builder-installed, reviewers suggest you ask direct questions about what the warranty actually covers.
