What People Are Saying About Tex Star Air Conditioning and Heating
There is very little to go on here: only a small handful of reviews, all of them several years old, so treat this as an early, dated signal rather than a track record. Of the few reviews on file, most are unhappy ones, and they share a theme: customers say warranty-covered repairs were hard to get scheduled, with promised visits missed and calls not returned after installations. One brief positive review calls the company honest. Given how thin and old the record is, you would want to ask direct questions about warranty response before hiring.
